94 days of mindful movements (yoga, stretching, balancing, aligning, etc) on my mat for 1 hour per day

day 1/94 was in 3 parts and involved a lot of plow pose

i can really see the weight I've put on and kept on in these videos and I don't like it but I'm keeping in mind that these videos will be in the past once the future arrives and I won't always be carrying this weight if I follow through with my health and fitness goals for the time I have left here before leaving for Indonesia

I work tomorrow so the 1 hour of mindful movements for day 2 will be done after that, most likely (since I wake up like 30-60 minutes before I'm expected to be AT work lol)

the yoga after a full day of work in a kitchen will be the challenge
today it was pretty easy
because giving up on day 1 would be lame

I think I could have fallen asleep earlier but I thought
no,
first at least another 30 minutes of mindful movements
although sleep is good too and I'll likely do that soon
